Background

Embracing a pandemic career change, Caroline arrived at Recovery Options in November 2020 as a Support Worker. Working closely with participants and their stakeholders led to a greater interest in the broader workings of the company. Since then, Caroline integrated into the office performing various roles until discovering her passion for Client Team and Operations. Caroline has a background in Small Business Ownership and Community Events/Marketing and is passionate about local business and connections. 

Interests

Anything that involves movement: dance, hiking, bikes, paddle-boarding, skating, yoga. She is also passionate about her friends, family, holidays, and DIY.

Aspirations

To continue to grow with Recovery Options and develop more connectedness within the community. On her time off, Caroline would like to explore more of the waterways within Victoria on her SUP board.

Recovery Options works solely to achieve 100% customer satisfaction and services a myriad of disabilities such as physical, neurological, psycho- social, vision impairment, autism, complex high care, behavioural supports and provides 24/7 and end of life care.

Recovery Options also has its own team of support coordinators and goes a step further having access to architects, gardeners, cleaners, plumbers and carpenters, and Allied Health Professionals including SDA and SIL providers so you don’t need to navigate those services yourself. We can arrange them for you.
