Kym has been working as a Support Coordinator at Recovery Options for 4.5 years and is the Support Coordination Team Leader. Kym really thrives on providing supervision and training to the team and collaborating and sharing ideas and information. Kym has lived experience with Autism and understands the complexities of living with and supporting someone daily as well as navigating the associated barriers and challenges of this. Kym also has vast experience in a wide rage of other areas such as home modifications, SDA and housing.

Education

Kym is currently studying her Bachelor of Social Work Degree at Deakin University and is passionate about advocacy, access, and inclusion for everyone. Kym has also completed multiple training seminars and Certificates in managing complex care clients and Specialist Support Coordination training.

Interests

Horse riding, enjoying animals, recharging in nature and spending time with family and friends.
