Background
Lea comes from a background as a Personal Assistant to General Managers and Project Managers in several industries before becoming involved in the Community Care and Aged Care Sector. Some of her roles included coordination and rostering staff of large-scale Aged Care and Home Care providers.
Lea has worked as an agency Personal Care Attendant (PCA) on weekends to keep up her skills and knowledge base whilst working full-time in Administration Roles in both fields.
She commenced at Recovery Options at the front desk assisting with scheduling and has recently moved into the Client Team. Lea has a Diploma in Case Management and has recently completed a “Train the Trainer” course in Manual Handling at the Maryborough Hospital, in line with her role as Work Heath Safety Representative for Recovery Options.
Interests
Gardening, landscaping, family and friends, caravanning holidays with family.
Aspirations
To keep working for Recovery Options up until retirement, then travel around this wonderful country with her caravan.
