Over the years, she has worked closely with participants to navigate services and work towards their goals. Drawing on her background in Early Learning, Youth Work, and Family Services, Karen brings a well-rounded understanding of the challenges faced across different stages of life. She has also completed a Bachelor of Social Science, further strengthening her knowledge base and professional practice. With lived experience of Autism and ADHD, Karen approaches her role with empathy, authenticity, and genuine insight, striving to deliver meaningful support that empowers clients and their families.
