Support Coordination
Recovery Options can provide support coordination that will bring an NDIS plan to life.
The support coordinator will listen to you and understand your needs, ultimately saving you time and effort. The support coordinator will make the phone calls, arrange meetings with potential supports, and will negotiate service agreements in consultation with you. When things change, the support coordinator is there to help find other supports and liaise with your plan manager if required to help you resolve any service delivery issues. Support coordination services for Recovery Options began 1st July 2018 and has since become the provider of choice for clients needing support coordination in the Yarra Ranges.

Recovery Options works solely to achieve 100% customer satisfaction and services a myriad of disabilities such as physical, neurological, psycho- social, vision impairment, autism, complex high care, behavioural supports and provides 24/7 and end of life care.
Recovery Options also has its own team of support coordinators and goes a step further having access to architects, gardeners, cleaners, plumbers and carpenters, and Allied Health Professionals including SDA and SIL providers so you don’t need to navigate those services yourself. We can arrange them for you.
