Specialisation

Sharen specialises in NDIS Support Coordination, complex support needs, and Home & Living pathways including SIL, SDA and ILO. She is known for her strong advocacy, human-rights approach and ability to navigate complex NDIS processes with clarity and confidence. Sharon empowers people to make informed choices and build the life they want through personalised, strengths-focused planning.

Experience

With more than 30 years in the disability sector, Sharen has held senior leadership roles across support coordination, community living, and supported accommodation. Her background includes developing complex SIL submissions, establishing new housing options, leading multidisciplinary teams, and partnering closely with families, allied health and the NDIA. She has supported hundreds of individuals to achieve greater independence, security and quality of life.

Education

Sharen holds a Certificate IV in Disability, Level 1 & 2 Acquired Brain Injury Training and advanced leadership qualifications including Manage 2 Lead (Frontline & Advanced). She is also a recipient of sector awards recognising excellence in disability practice and leadership.

Interests

Sharen is an active community contributor through Alexandra Rotary Club, where she supports youth programs, business excellence initiatives and local community projects. She is passionate about inclusion, personal growth and helping people live meaningful, self-directed lives.
