Background

Aly started with Recovery Options in March 2025 as apart of the Scheduling Team, while Sarah was on her trip around Australia. Then moving into the Client Team and as a Support Worker in November 2025. Her background is in hospitality at wonderful little cafes and managing events around Melbourne and the Yarra Valley, while she completed her Bachelor of Psychological Science.

Interests

Art (including drawing, painting and bedazzling), psychology, Lego, baking, reading, markets, pilates and gaming.

Aspirations

Aly aspires to complete a master’s in art therapy in 2027. Travel and see all the wonders of Europe and is hoping to create her own art therapy practice in the future.
